Bashar al-Assad: Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his wife Corona infected, quarantine will last two-three weeks
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his wife have been found infected with the Corona virus during the investigation. They have mild signs of infection. The President's office gave this information on Monday (March 8). The doctors said after the investigation that the condition of the country's first couple remained stable.
The Quarantine
President's Office said in a statement that the first civilian couple underwent a PCR test after feeling mild symptoms of Kovid-19. After investigation they were found to be infected. Asad (55) and his wife will now stay in the house for two to three weeks in Quarantine and then return to work. At the moment, both are in good health and their condition is stable.

Significantly, Syria has been going through the war for the last ten years. The Kovid-19 vaccination campaign was launched in the country last week.
